Cathy Leogrande, Realtor
Born in Wisconsin and raised in Southern California, Cathy is the fourth of five children in a close knit family. Taught diligence, hard work, and the importance of family were core values Cathy learned as a child and has carried into her professional life. In high school Cathy met Joe Leogrande, the love of her life and shortly after graduating they were married. Together they soon became a family when their son Kayle and daughter Carly were born (their greatest creations). They now have seven grandchildren Kaylee, Chloe, Dryden, Saylor, Jonas, Olive and Keiran (her sources of ongoing joy).
Cathy and Joe moved to Malibu where they both agree is probably one of the prettiest places in the world to visit, however, moving to Sun Lakes Country Club has truly given them the sense of belonging in a community where like minded neighbors live a life of entertainment, play, and, most importantly good golf and tennis.
As a resident of Sun Lakes, Cathy applies her practical and educational background coupled with years of experience, that gives every listing an edge in marketing, communicating and negotiating so that every transaction experience is both proactive and seamless. One of her strengths includes helping the consumer make Banning real estate decisions that are conducive to both their financial and personal needs.
